KELLY'S LIVER DOCTOR WANTS TO SEE HER IN LONDON NEXT MONDAY FOR A 'TALK'

A VERY RARE SIGHTING THIS MORNING INDEED
Sunshine:))  How encouraging to pull the living room curtains aside and have an abundance of morning sunlight tumble through our window onto the floor.  And to think, that little patch of sunlight had just traveled 93,578,502 miles just to get here and light our lives:))

I'M GUESSING THESE FLOWERS SEEN IN OUR PARK THIS MORNING ARE ZIMMIAS
A short country road drive for Pheebs and I because I wanted to get home and start on some Sumac tree cutting and Pine tree trimming in our backyard before the day heated up.

THIS FELLOW LIVES ON A FARM JUST EAST OF OUR PARK
I wasn't long in filling up our utility trailer with pine and sumac branches.  Now, with fingers crossed I turned the ignition in the Jeep and it started.  I wasn't long in hitching up the trailer and heading for our Park's recycle area.  I was careful not to turn the Jeep off just in case.  With Libby safely back in the carport, I puttered around cleaning up and that was it for my day.  I was a sticky ball of paste by the time I was finished so I had no choice but to haul my sorry old sack of bones into the house and throw them in the shower.

SORRY FOLKS BUT KELLY MADE ME POSE FOR THESE PICTURES
For a while now Kelly has been having a lot of pain in her lower back so tomorrow she is off to see her Nurse Practitioner in Goderich.  Her itching problem has returned and her liver doctor in London wants to see her next Monday at University Hospital for a 'talk'.  We'll see what comes out of that.  Something has to be done, Kelly can't go on like this.

Al's Music Box:)) Tie A Yellow Ribbon Round The Ole Oak Tree by Tony Orlando and Dawn from their 1973 album, 'Tuneweaving'.

GROANER'S CORNER:((  Elaine went to visit the much-heralded local fortune-teller.  In a dark and hazy room, peering into a crystal ball, the mystic delivered grave news: "There's no easy way to say this, so I'll just be blunt - prepare yourself to be a widow. Your husband will die a violent and horrible death this year."  Visibly shaken, Elaine stared at the woman's haggard face, then at the single, flickering candle, then down at her hands.  She took a few deep breaths to compose herself. She simply had to know. She met the fortune teller's gaze, steadied her voice and asked, "Will I be acquitted?"

Did you hear the story about the Irishman who drowned while he was digging a grave for a friend who wanted to be buried at sea.

- I was watching the London Marathon and saw one runner dressed as a chicken and another runner dressed as an egg...  I thought, "This could be interesting."

  2. I had liver failure and a transplant.
I wish Kelly was eligible for one.
    Liver disease is miserable.
Mine was inherited. Has she looked up natural ways to stop the itching?
There are things she can bathe that help.
I just hate that she’s having such a difficult time with it
I hope the doctor can give her relief. 💞

  5. Let's hope there is good news in that doctor appointment. I cannot imagine what she has been going through. As far as your tree trimming with a bad hip ... amazing work. I know how I feel the next day just pulling weeds let alone trimming some good size limbs. It's nice you have a place nearby to recycle all that you cut down.

  6. I used to get "the itchies" around my ribs. My Dr. prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide Lotion. 0.1% worked for me the 1st time I used it!

  7. Those are GREAT photos of you! Thank you, Kelly! : -) Careful with overhead lopping and sawing. Tore my rotator cuff that way and understand it is the classic injury for that type of work. Learned this after the fact, of course. No surgery: it healed itself but took months. Love your shady, leafy retreat, but a good haircut does it no harm. : -) Blessings . . . p.s. How about that walking bacon! Wow! We have HUGE wild boar in Florida, but I think your wallowing pal could stand up to them!
