YOU ARE A BIG PART OF THE REASON I ENJOY DOING THIS

 IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN AND OUR GARDENS ARE BEGINNING TO DETERIORATE

A fast-moving nasty little thunderstorm roared through our area late Wednesday afternoon dumping a ton of rain on us in a short five-minute period.  Skies didn't clear soon enough for Pheebs and I to get out for an evening walk or a few sunset photos.

It's that time of year now where our gardens begin their slow decline into Autumn.  Once lush green ferns are turning brown and holes are appearing in our hosta leaves.  All leaves in general are beginning to take on a harder edge look.

Overnight rains thankfully brought temperatures down but left country roads muddy.  Pheebs and I went for a walk anyway and aside from a few muddy paw prints in the Jeep afterward it was worth it just to get out and breath in some cool and refreshing morning air.  Failing to convince myself we should follow up our walk with a Jeep ride, we turned around and went back home.  Gloomy days have a habit of doing that to me sometimes.

It was early afternoon before the cloud cover dissipated, so Pheebs and I took a drive into and around Bayfield just for something to do.  I was surprised at how busy it was along Main Street.  Of course, the quaint little village of Bayfield always attracts a lot of people during the warmer summer months.

I'm not in the habit of believing too much I read on the internet, but this Code Red For UFO Disclosure caught my interest and made some sense to me, and especially so in these trying times, we are all in right now.  It matches up with much of what I have been reading about these past ten months or so.  If you read this article with an open mind and seriously think about it, it just might make some sense to you too.
