Our morning walk was nearly rained out but luckily, between downpours, Pheebs and I were able to get some boots and paws on the ground.

=================
My lovely thistle is about to turn purple, but the sunflowers arent even budding yet.
ReplyDeleteAnother lovely day with lovely photos. Not sure if the corn is as high as an elephant's eye yet.
ReplyDeleteIt was riveting.... don't know why, we have all heard it before, i guess it was context and how very serious it is....
ReplyDeleteRiveting? You have got to be kidding, right? Four "officers" drenched with left-leaning bias, having been "attacked" by unarmed "terrorists" the majority of whom, on video, were seen peacefully engaging capital police in conversation and generally just milling around. I guess you were riveted by seeing the lying, piece of crap Adam Schiff "crying" along with the RINO Adam Kinsinger. What a sham.
DeleteI did not watch but wonder if the committee asked any of them about the memo the capitol police sent to Pelosi for support before January 6th and did not get a reply? Or did they show the videos of the capital police opening doors and waving protesters into the capital? Doubt it.
ReplyDeleteDitto what he said. It was nearly a. month BEFORE Jan. 6th that the powers were alerted by "intelligence" that something could happen. The primary responsibility for House security rests with the Speaker. She was warned, vetoed a request for guard troops, and otherwise did nothing. It's hard to call for law enforcement support when you have gone along with refunding police. It doesn't fit the narrative and the agenda.
DeleteI see Wilbur and Stevie are still on the tRump train...Lock Him Up
DeleteI'm still just blown away by the fierce differences between the two sides in U.S. politics these days.
ReplyDeleteAmen Ed, and Steve..
