GROANER'S CORNER:(( Have you heard about the guys who drove their pickup truck into a lumberyard? One of them walked into the office and said, "We need some four-by-twos. "You mean two-by-fours, don't you?" the clerk said. "Let me go check," replied the man, and he went back to the truck. "Yeah, I meant two-by-fours," he said, returning a few moments later. "Alright. How long do you need them?" The customer paused for a minute to think and then finally said, "I'd better go check." After a while, he returned to the office and said, "A long time. We're building a house."

I've used a roof rake on a metal roof enough to know what you mean! You did a good job of typing though, after your arms fell off. Nice barn quilt too.
ReplyDeleteI remember the days of using a roof rake and know how you feel. Strange how light it is when it comes down but so heavy when you shovel it.
ReplyDeleteBe Safe and Enjoy!
It's about time.
That face in the tree I remember him from an old movie , e even had a few lines as he threw apples at a tin man . Vern in Boise Id. USA
ReplyDeleteLove the 'tree face', very weathered and wise. I'm guessing you used duct tape to reattach those arms Mr. Green.
