GRAIN WAGONS READY TO GO FOR THE WHEAT HARVEST |
LOOKS LIKE THE WHEAT HARVEST HAS ALREADY BEGUN |
PHEEBS AND I WENT FOR A SHORT SNORT TO GODERICH AND BACK |
MYSTIC MORNING |

Glad you had the chance to get out just to shake the Cabin Fever.
ReplyDeleteBe Safe and Enjoy the AC for the next few days.
It's about time.
It was a nice day up here. Enough breeze off the bay to keep things cool and no humidity.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean. Hot hot weather is not fun. Now I'm not only staying in because of Covid, but also really IN because it's awful out there after 9AM. OK. Maybe 10. And if I were younger....a couple of hours later. But I'm not. Why do I live here? Always have, with the exception of a few years. Anyway, I have long since quit wondering why people in Texas are crazy, I'm one of them.
ReplyDeleteAnother in a seemingly endless span of miserably hot and humid summer days.
ReplyDeleteSeems like a typical July in Ontario. I remember as a kid in Ottawa going to sleep in the basement because the heat and humidity was unbearable, and we never had air conditioning. Ontario... winter, bugs, heat, September (the only really good month), and then winter again.
Loved the photos with the mist, reminded me of wonderful times spent in Ireland and Scotland.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you Al--we don't have the humidity but it's too dang hot to be outside for anything and the bugs--the sticky flies are about to drive me right over the edge!
ReplyDeleteGroaner's corner was cute.
