ASSUME THE WORST.....IT MAY LEAD TO PLEASANT RELIEF
PHOTOS FROM OUR FRONT YARD
With the Jeep possibly needing a few parts for the rear hatch mechanism we decided to take it to a Jeep dealer in Goderich. Figured we might be able to get things done quicker there and sure enough Lake Huron Chrysler/Jeep had us bring it in for 10:30. With errands to do in Goderich Kelly decided she might as well take the Jeep so off she went. In a complete reversal it was Pheebs and I staying home for a change holding the Fort. Turns out all the Jeep needed was to have the hatch opening latch mechanism sprayed with a solvent. The sticking part in the mechanism freed itself up and the Jeep was ready to go. As I've sometimes said....'Assume the worst and when the worst doesn't happen what a nice pleasant relief it is'.
GROANER'S CORNER:((With his wife sick in bed, a man did the weekly supermarket shopping. By the time he reached the checkout, his cart was overflowing. Behind him in the line was a little old lady with just a loaf of bread. He turned to her and said: "Is that all you have dear?" Her face lit up, "Yes, it is." "Well," he said, "if I were you I'd have a seat because I'm gonna be a while." ===================
Birds of a feather are sticking together. Glad it was a simple fix. Does make you feel good to not cost much if anything to fix.
ReplyDeleteThe Blue Jays sure are looking a deeper blue just beautiful. Good to know the Jeep just needed a squirt of lube.
