SIX YEARS AGO TODAY PHEEBS CHECKED HERSELF INTO A WICKENBURG ARIZONA VET CLINIC FOR A CHECK UP

With an incoming storm from America's southwest predicted to roll in sometime this afternoon we were hoping to make the round 105 mile trip to London and back before it got here.  And we did.  Under cloudy skies roads were bare and dry all the way to and from London with no wind, rain, or snow to bug us.

My appointment at the London Regional Cancer Center was scheduled for 2 p.m. so being the early birds we are it was shortly after one when we arrived.  My number was called at 2:10 and by 2:35 we were all done and out the door heading for home.  Doctor Mendez varified my .45 PSA number and said he was pleased with the result.  So was I.  Had us a little chat with a few questions back and forth and that was it.  He wants to see me again around the end of July.  My next PSA check will be in May with my Urologist, Doctor Bukala.

Today's expected storm is now due to arrive over night so I expect we'll wake up to snow on the ground again.  That snow is expected to continue over the next 3 days.

::An Archive Post::  December 1rst 2010 found us still in Cochise County Arizona and on this day we covered a few rough and tumble desert miles around the north end of the Dragoon Mountains in a 3 Jeep convoy to a place called Dragoon Springs where the remains of 4 Confederate soldiers still lay.  Arriving back to our RV near Elfrida later in the day we met a couple of Bayfield Bunch followers who have become friends and who we last saw in Ajo Arizona just over a year ago.  Here's my post for the day....Confederate Graves At Dragoon Springs.  And here are my photos for this great day...Dragoon Springs And Confederate Graves.
