Saw a lad standing on one leg at an ATM. Confused, I asked him what he was doing?Said he was just checking his balance.

Great photos as always Al, but I have not read much lately about the squirrel war games. Did you win?
ReplyDeleteLove the 3 thistles and the monarch butterflies photos tonight. Plants are starting to change, but there are still beautiful blooms. Three day holidays don't mean as much once you are retired... except you can't wait for all those people to get back to work and school so it is quieter on the Seattle streets for us elders.
ReplyDeleteI love the cone flowers. Yes, the older we get, the faster time flies.
ReplyDeleteI too remember my first day of school like it was yesterday, oh to go back there even for a short time.
ReplyDeleteMrs. Maddox was my first grade teacher. She was a little portly older "Granny" type lady who never raised her voice. She loved everyone of us. Nice photos Al...Stay strong my friend!
ReplyDeleteI remember my first day in school. We had outhouses, but the 4th grade and up had indoor plumbing. I guess we had to pay our dues for the first three years (grin). I bet I just gave my age away.
ReplyDeleteLoved the photo of the cows They are such inquisitive creatures, and if you stand there long enough they seem to gravitate towards you. Especially if you have a dog with you!
ReplyDeleteDennis and I aren't too sure we will get away at all this Winter. I have resigned myself to it, so if we get to go, I will be pleasantly surprised. Keep looking for that perfect Bayfield Campermobile!!!
