HERE’S AUNT JEAN WHIPPING US SAFELY THROUGH SARASOTA’S HELTER-SKELTER ‘SOS’ TRAFFIC….SOS?? YA, ‘SENIORS ON STEROIDS’
Area weather people are calling for some overnight rain extending into Wednesday so I puttered around today with re-organizing some bins and putting things away. Tanks dumped, solar batteries checked, generator and engine oil, etc. Cleaned all the rigs interior windows as well. Not necessarily things I enjoy doing but things that have to be done. We plan to roll out early Thursday morning heading North. But where north we have no idea. Maybe straight home to Bayfield or maybe we’ll take a zig-zag course and wander up through Georgia a bit. We’ll make it up as we go and see how we feel.
THEY SURE DO HAVE SOME SWANKY CAR DEALERSHIPS IN SARASOTA FLORIDA
Over to Aunt Jeans about 3 and it wasn’t long before we were all piled into the Speedy Gonzales Mobile heading for Applebee's again. Jean’s friend Pat with us too. Good meals all way round and I think I’ve stretched my stomach by at least 3 football fields over these past 10 days. Wednesday will be our last day here so Aunt Jean is coming over for supper tomorrow.
OUR LAST RIDE IN THE SPEEDY GONZALES MOBILE THIS TRIP AS WE HEAD INTO THE SUNSET
GROANER’S CORNER:(( A new business was opening and one of the owner's friends wanted to send him flowers for the occasion. They arrived at the new business site and the owner read the card, which said: 'Rest in Peace.' The owner was angry and called the florist to complain. After he had told the florist of the obvious mistake and how angry he was, the florist replied: 'Sir, I'm really sorry for the mistake, but rather than getting angry, you should imagine this - somewhere, there is a funeral taking place today, and they have flowers with a note saying: 'Congratulations on your new location!''

Dear God, so far today, I've done all right. I haven't gossiped, and I haven't lost my temper I haven't been grumpy, nasty or selfish, and I'm really glad of that! But in a few minutes, God, I'm going to get out of bed, and from then on, I'm probably going to need a lot of help. Thank you! Amen.
