This pretty much sums up our day, not much going on & not much to say………………..
GROANER’S CORNER:(( Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will go out and buy expensive fishing equipment, stupid-looking clothes, a sports utility vehicle, travel 1000 miles to the "hottest" fishing spot and stand waist-deep in cold water so he can try to outsmart a fish. Average cost per fish: $596.73
I don't feel like writing my blog today either, so now I don't feel so bad about it! We all need some downtime once in a while.
ReplyDeleteGreat news, the price of fish is dropping.

I wasn't going to write a blog today, and when I saw your blog while sitting here, I looked across and there was Dolly with Fergie on her chest. Couldn't resist.
ReplyDeleteWe had the same exact kind of day as you can see in my blog.
We had a day like that about a week ago...watched the entire 380+ minutes of Lonesome Dove with another DVD movie half-way through to break it up, and another at the end to help bring us back to reality! --Dave (GoingRvWay.com)
ReplyDeleteYou should really let Pheebs have that remote, Al. It looks like she wants to see the nature channel.
ReplyDeleteYou are feeling like we used to feel when we drove all those miles from TX to MN to escape the heat!! It was maddening to find ourselves stuck inside in a small space so we could have air conditioning. There were some hot days in MN, too. Sure am hoping the weather will cool down soon for you. It's time something went your way!
ReplyDeleteThat pretty well sums up Jim except he also bought a boat so he doesn't have to stand in the water.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have time to relax like that, looking forward to it, someday.
ReplyDelete'bout the same activity level here the past few days!!! some are meant to be that way!
ReplyDeleteALSO Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will go out and buy expensive fishing equipment, stupid-looking clothes, a sports utility vehicle, travel 1000 miles to the "hottest" fishing spot and stand waist-deep in cold water so he can try to outsmart a fish. Average cost per fish: $596.73 USED TO BE ME! NOW I CATCH ALL MY FISH AND SEAFOOD AT THE MEAT COUNTER.
