AN OKAY DAY WITH NOT MUCH NEW

It was a short uninspiring country road drive this morning.  Couldn't drum up any photo interest.  We were back home almost before we had even left.  I have a few front yard snow photos from yesterday that I will include.

Al's Music Box:)) I Get Around is a song by American rock band the Beach Boys and the opening track from their 1964 album All Summer Long. Written by Brian Wilson and Mike Love, the autobiographical lyrics describe the group's reaction to their newfound fame and success, as well as their restlessness concerning the status quo, and their desire to find new places "where the kids are hip". It was released as a single on May 11, 1964, with the B-side "Don't Worry Baby."

GROANER'S CORNER:(( A Cub Scout troop was half an hour late to its den meeting. The den mother asked them severely, “Why are you so late?”  “Oh,” said one boy, “we were helping an old man cross the street.”  “That’s a nice thing for scouts to do,” said the mother. She paused. “But it shouldn’t make you half an hour late.”  “Well", said another boy, “he didn’t want to go.

Wife: Whatcha doing?  Me: Nothing. Wife: You did that yesterday.  Me: I wasn't finished.

  1. Glad you didn't get more snow today. Everybody has those blah days when nothing much is urgent...and that's ok.
