WE BURGERED OURSELVES AT WENDY'S TODAY

ALONG THE NORTH END OF BAYFIELD'S MAIN STREET
This absolutely beautiful sunny Sunday morning would have been perfect for a walk but alas, my leg wouldn't let me do it.  And that is all I have to say about that for now:((  A nice drive into and around Bayfield for Pheebs and I before heading back home about half an hour after we left.

NICE TO SEE FARM CRITTERS ENJOYING THE SPRING WEATHER AFTER SPENDING A LONG WINTER IN THE BARN

SOMEONE WAS FEELING A WEE BIT CREATIVE AT BAYFIELD'S BEACH
LOOKS LIKE THESE TWO MAY BE SADDLING UP FOR THEIR FIRST BOAT RIDE OF THE YEAR
'SITTIN ON THE DOCK OF THE BAY' OR IN THIS CASE, THE BAYFIELD RIVER
NOT ONLY A COUPLE OF FISHERMEN ON BAYFIELD'S SOUTH PIER THIS MORNING BUT IT LOOKS LIKE A FEW TOURISTS AS WELL
I THINK MOST OF THE BOAT DOCKS ARE IN PLACE FOR THE BUSY UPCOMING BOAT SEASON
ALONG THE NORTH END OF BAYFIELD'S MAIN STREET RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD FROM TODAY'S HEADER PHOTO OF THE GATE
I THINK IT'S THE SAME THREE GALS STANDING ON THE SAME CORNER AS LAST WEEK
 ON THE WAY HOME
SPRING IS BUSTING OUT ALL OVER
After choosing one of two pairs of Merrell shoes Kelly and I decided to head off to Goderich this afternoon to take the other pair back to Wuerth Shoes  Pheebs stayed home to mind the Fort.  We took a swing down around the beach area before heading off to Wendy's with some coupons.  Burgs, fries, two frosties, one coke, and a glass of water.  While there we saw about 25 Chevy Corvettes go by and figured it must have been a Corvette club out for a Sunday tour on this fine Spring day.  We were home again shortly after 2 p.m.  By mid-afternoon skies clouded over, and the temperature began to drop as we had a weather front coming in which will terminate this nice summer-like weather we have been having.  By morning we may all be pulling on our woolies again with snow forecast for some parts of Ontario.  Rain started here at 5:35 this afternoon and at the time of posting this tonight, it is really belching down.  We just have to remember that it is the April showers that bring the May flowers:))

SOAKING UP SOME RAYS IN DOWNTOWN GODERICH
OH YES I REMEMBER THESE KINDS OF DAYS WELL

DON'T EVEN ASK HOW I SPLATTERED THE SUBARU WITH MY STRAWBERRY FROSTY
WE HAD US A REAL NICE LOOKING SKY EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON

AND BY GOLLY IT  LOOKS LIKE THE DAYLILIES ARE REALLY COMING UP IN OUR FRONT YARD
GROANER'S CORNER:(( St. Peter and Satan were having an argument one day about baseball. Satan proposed a game to be played on neutral grounds between a select team from the heavenly host and his own hand-picked boys.  "Very well," said the gatekeeper of Heaven. "But you realize, I hope, that we've got all the good players and the best coaches."  "I know, and that's all right,"Satan answered unperturbed. "We've got all the umpires."

I just found out I'm colorblind.  The diagnosis came completely out of the purple.

I just replaced the can of air freshener in the church bathroom with an air horn. And now we wait...
