It's a while since Pheebs and I had been over to the Hullett Marsh so on this nice looking 45F semi-sunny morning, we wandered ourselves over that-a-way. A skiff of snow on the ground in the Clinton area and a thin layer of ice on the mud puddles heading into the Marsh.

|I FINALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT THOSE NUBBY THINGS ARE ABOVE THE 'ON-OFF' WORDS...IT'S BRAIL TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR BLIND PEOPLE TO FIND AND OPERATE THE CRUISE CONTROL:))|
With the ground dried out enough and still slightly frozen from overnight below freezing temperatures I saw a few farmers out on the land taking advantage of a short break in the recently wet weather. More rain coming overnight and Thursday.

|AND THIS FARMER HAD BETTER SET HIS MORNING ALARM CLOCK EARLIER SO HE CAN GET OUT HERE AND HARVEST HIS CORN BEFORE THE SNOW GETS TOO DEEP|
|INSTEAD OF STORING BALES OF HAY AND STRAW IN A BARN NOWADAYS, SOME FARMERS ARE USING THIS METHOD OF STORAGE|
|THERE IS NO SNOW IN THE BAYFIELD AREA YET BUT THAT MAY CHANGE IN THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS|
|GOOD THING SOMEBODY INVENTED THE WHEEL MANY CENTURIES AGO|
