THESE ARE MIGHTY FINE EARLY SEPTEMBER DAYS

 ANOTHER BIG SKY DAY TODAY
Sunday evening's walk was once again a great experience as I marveled at the glorious array of clouds overhead stretching majestically in their creative wonderment.  I am reminded so much of our days at the old Weenie Roast Ranch over near Fullarton Ontario where for 7 years we had clear open skies with views stretching for miles.  How fortunate I am at least twice a day on our current morning and evening walks to see Mother Nature again at her finest.

THE CLOUD PATTERNS OVERHEAD ON OUR WALK THIS MORNING WERE ONCE AGAIN AWE INSPIRING
AND I NOTICED THE FARMER HAD ALREADY PICKED UP ALL HIS BIG CLOVER BALES....THE FIELD WAS EMPTY
 LOOKING DUE SOUTH
I AM SEEING A SCHNAUZERGATOR DRAGON HERE
I SEE A WHITE BUFFLEHEAD BIRD FLARED OUT FOR A LANDING TOP CENTER
A DARK CLOUD TO THE NORTH
ABOUT HALF AN HOUR AFTER I TOOK THIS PHOTO THIS DARK CLOUD MASS BRIEFLY DUMPED A FEW TONS OF WATER ON US
It was cool enough this morning for me to put on a warm T-shirt underneath my long sleeve shirt and once out to our walking spot in the wide-open spaces I had to throw on a nylon jacket against a cool wind coming from the north.  Luckily, I always carry a couple extra jackets in the Jeep.

A MIGHTY FINE LOOKING MONDAY MORNING
A LOAD OF YARD WASTE TO THE DUMP EARLY THIS AFTERNOON
Sunday I had trimmed a bunch more shrubs and branches and our utility trailer was piling up with all the yard waste.  It was time for a dump so I hitched up the loaded trailer and off Pheebs and went to the Park's recycling area.  And that is about all I accomplished this afternoon.

 SUNDAY NIGHT'S SUNSET
AN OLD BARN IN THE TWILIGHT OF ITS YEARS
Talked to Kelly on the phone a couple days ago and it is still an unknown situation with her mother.  It seems each day is a new challenge for Kelly but she is coping as best she can.  She is not only a wonderful and caring person, but she is also a dedicated trooper trying her best to help her mother all she can in these difficult days.

GROANER'S CORNER:(( Three engineers and three accountants are traveling by train to a conference. At the station, the three accountants each buy tickets and watch as the three engineers buy only a single ticket.  "How are three people going to travel on only one ticket?" asks an accountant.  "Watch and you'll see," answers an engineer.  They all board the train. The accountants take their respective seats but all three engineers cram into a restroom and close the door behind them. Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets. He knocks on the restroom door and says, "Ticket, please."  The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The conductor takes it and moves on.  The accountants saw this and agreed it was quite a clever idea. So after the conference, the accountants decide to copy the engineers on the return trip and save some money (being clever with money, and all that). When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip. To their astonishment, the engineers don't buy a ticket at all.  "How are you going to travel without a ticket?" says one perplexed accountant.  "Watch and you'll see," answers an engineer.  When they board the train the three accountants cram into a restroom and the three engineers cram into another one nearby. The train departs. Shortly afterward, one of the engineers leaves his restroom and walks over to the restroom where the accountants are hiding. He knocks on the door and says, Ticket, please."
