PAINTED TURTLE CATCHING A FEW RAYS OF WARM SUNLIGHT IN OUR PARK'S POND THIS AFTERNOON |
HEY WHAT'S THAT FLUFF OF FEATHERS |
'A-HA' |
Friday evening sitting at our sunroom computer I noticed darkening skies through the pine trees to the south. Looking like a storm possibility I grabbed my camera and with my best Pal Pheebs, headed out the door and into the Jeep. Clearing the Park's trees I could see storm clouds off to the southeast but they didn't seem to be headed our way. Awwww Nuts'!! Took a few pics and we were home again in 15 minutes. No sooner in the door and it was lightning, thunder, and pouring rain. Guess I misjudged which way the storm was going:((

Thank for the eagles photo...I really like those shots...Your pond photo would look good in a frame on the wall.... Yesterday my daughter got a good pic of a bear with her new 18-300 lens. It was on the road near her house in Muskoka...
ReplyDeleteGreat photos of the eagles. The eagle nest is my neighborhood was not used this year and all the neighbors are quite sad. It was such a treat last year to watch the juvenile fly the nest.
ReplyDeleteThat is a HUGE eagle's nest! Nice to be able to see them.
