AND YES, IT COULD VERY WELL BE TRUE TOO

With our 4th consecutive day of record-breaking temperatures and today in the low 70's,  we had us an absolutely gorgeous 9th day of November. One of the nicest days we have had this Autumn.  A year ago right now there was a foot of snow on the ground.  Here are two photo albums from November 8th and 9th of 2019 showing our Winter Wonderland.
Day 1 and Day 2.

A GREAT LOOKING AND FEELING GOOD DAY
SPOTTED A FLOCK OF SNOW GEESE OR TUNDRA SWANS HEADING FOR A REST STOP AT THE HULLETT MARSH WHILE ON THEIR WAY NORTH
Pheebs and I headed off to the Hullett Marsh for a morning walk.  Deer hunting season is winding down and we didn't hear any gunshots.  How nice to have the Marsh quietly peaceful again.

BEAUTIFUL SKY THIS MORNING
THIS SWAMPY AREA HAS MANY MOSSY STUMPS
A RARE SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO WIDE MOUTH FROG FUNGUS:))
IT WAS A SWAMPY AREA WE WALKED IN EARLIER TODAY
Another fine afternoon walk with a warm breeze coming up from the south.  With sleeves rolled up no jacket was required.  Pheebs ran through the leaves along the trail like a little puppy dog.  For 11 years old she still has a lot of happy energy for chasing Squirrels up trees.
A GREAT MORNING WALK IN THE MARSH

WE SAW LOTS OF SWAMP CREATURES
Running low on birdseed and with my birdseed supplier in Clinton now out of business due to Covid I was in a bit of a quandary.  Birdseed in Walmart and TSC, etc. have a lot of filler in it. Trying to think of another place for quality seeds it suddenly dawned on me awhile back we have a reputable birdseed place right here in Bayfield.  I've driven right by this place so many times over the years that after a while I didn't notice it any more.  I don't know why it takes my mind so long to clue in on things but when Kelly drove into Bayfield this afternoon she stopped by The Porters Hill Wild Birdseed Company  She said they have a beautiful store and came home with a big bag of seeds which I could tell right away looked like some pretty good stuff.  I will definitely be buying our birdseed from there now.  Another problem solved.
I DIDN'T GET ANY SOAKERS THIS MORNING BUT PHEEBS GOT FOUR OF THEM RIGHT HERE

DID YOU NOTICE THE WASP NEST?
I caught up on all the first season episodes of The Secrets Of Skinwalker Ranch and viewing with my skeptical eye as I often do I believe this show to be above board and credible.  I look forward to the second season to see what other strange happenings have been taking place on that mysterious ranch in northeastern Utah.  Like the team at the ranch, I don't understand it....but my mind is open and eager to find out whatever it is going on there.  However, that is not likely to happen.  It's just way too far out there for human minds to comprehend.

PHEEBS IS UP THERE SCOUTING THE WAY AHEAD
CAN YOU SEE THE LITTLE GREEN MOSSMAGATOR AT THE TOP
I DON'T KNOW THE REAL NAME FOR THIS BUT I THINK ITS A HOLSTEIN COW TREE FUNGUS:))
IN OUR PART OF THE COUNTRY THIS IS CONSIDERED A LARGE TREE

I also finished Bob Lazar's autobiography entitled, Dreamland.  This is the man who briefly worked at Area 51 in Nevada's desert north of Las Vegas.  I found the book interesting and very thought-provoking.  And yes, it could very well be true too.

OH DEAR I AM BEGINNING TO SEE EXTRATERRESTRIALS EVERYWHERE NOW
I am still making my way through Whitley Strieber's A New World and if I thought Bob Lazar's book stretched my already inquisitive mind I am soon going to need a much larger head to contain all this new and additional information.  I am finding these books stimulating and I am beginning to also find a few hints at answers to long-held questions and suspicions in my mind.  Hard to explain of course but for many years now I have had the ever-growing strong feeling that there is much more going on around us here on Earth and in the Universe than we know or can even remotely imagine or understand.  I am reading things now that are finally beginning to make some sense for me.  This is a challenging thing for an already challenged mind.  And, it's exciting!!

GROANER'S CORNER:(( Readers can blame the 'groaning pun' below on that Craig guy from Merikay's Dream.  Merikay and Craig are a couple full-time American RV Blogger friends we once met a number of years ago right here close to Bayfield Ontario.  Today We Said Good-bye To Merikay And Craig..................

  1. We had not such a nice day in Tucson. About 55, damp, raining and cloudy with a Cold wind. Hope that makes your day even better.

  2. Love Whitley Strieber, I found his books stimulating also. It might be too much of a stretch for your mind Al, but another interesting lad is Corey Goode - just throwing it out there. The Curse of Oak Island begins tonight and we've been looking forward to that for weeks now, we don't watch much TV, but do enjoy this one.
