COMING DOWN THE HOME STRETCH ON OUR MOTORHOME CLEAN-UP

With Saturday mornings being my favorite time of the week Sunday mornings run a close second.  There is not what one would call heavy traffic in our area at any time but Sunday mornings have even less than less.  Especially on the roads Pheebs and I travel and the quieter the roads the better.  It would be just fine without ever seeing another vehicle coming or going.
TWO SIGNS OF SPRING HERE.....FISHING AND MOTORCYCLING
EVERYBODY'S DRESSED FOR THE COOLER MORNING AIR.....SHORTS AND SANDALS??
It seems the older I get the more comfortable I am just hanging out by myself.  Fewer people pressures, no judgements, no criticisms, no expectations, fewer responsibilities or commitments, and a whole lot less stress.  And let me just emphasise that last one....'a whole lot less stress'.
ANY GUESSES WHAT THIS IS
YEP IT'S TWO MOBILE TRAFFIC LIGHT UNITS HITCHED TOGETHER
Most of our day of course was spent cleaning out and cleaning up the Motorhome and I would say we have pretty much got the job wrestled to the ground.  With rain headed our way this week there is no doubt we'll get caught in it either taking the rig to Parkhill for muffler work or coming back.  For sure I will end up having to wash the Motorhome again.  With it being so big it is just never my favorite thing to do.

<<< I THINK SOMEBODY'S NOT HAPPY ABOUT US SPENDING TOO MUCH TIME ON THE MOTORHOME AND NOT ENOUGH TIME WITH 'YOU KNOW WHO'
Best part of our day of course was being surrounded by warmer air as temperatures rolled up into the low sixties.  No sun but no matter, at least it didn't feel cold and not feeling cold for a change made for a good state of mind.  Won't be long now and I will be trading in my warm T-shirts and long sleeve shirts for short sleeves and that will be very welcome indeed:))

"I worked in a pet store and people kept asking how big I'd get."
"I remember the time I was kidnaped and they sent back a piece of my finger to my father. He said he wanted more proof."
"My uncle's dying wish was to have me sitting on his lap. He was in the electric chair."
I went to a freak show and they let me in for nothing."
"Once when I was lost.. I saw a policeman and asked him to help me find my parents. I said to him...Do you think we'll ever find them.? He said..I don't know kid.. there are so many places they can hide."
"I remember I was so depressed I was going to jump out a window on the tenth floor... so they sent a priest up to talk to me. He said.. On your mark..."
"On Halloween the parents send their kids out looking like me. Last year one kid tried to rip my face off! Now it's different.. when I answer the door the kids hand me candy."
"I had a lot of pimples too. One day I fell asleep in a library. I woke up and a blind man was reading my face."
"My wife made me join a bridge club. I jump off next Tuesday"

- “I recently took a pole and found out 100% of the occupants were angry with me when their tent collapsed.”
-A man went to the doctor and said: “Doctor, I keep having visions of the future.”  “When did these start?”  “Next Thursday.”

A guy goes into a bar and orders a beer. As he takes a sip of his beer, he hears a tiny little voice say: "Nice tie." He looks around but sees no one. He takes another sip of his beer and hears: "A nice shirt, too." Again he looks around and sees no one.  He signals the bartender over, and hesitantly explains that he's hearing voices talking to him... "Of course," smiles the bartender. "It's the peanuts -- they're complimentary."

  4. Less stress is always the name of the game. The Motorhome is looking pretty spiffy these days and maybe you'll be lucky and miss the rain and muddy roads on the muffler trip. Enjoy the warm air!!!

  5. Good on getting the inside cleaned and the dining table back in. You might have waited until after the muffler trip to tackle the outside. Oh well, more exercise :)
