A SHORT POST FOLLOWS A LONG EMOTIONAL DAY

DSC_0044

I am late getting to the computer tonight.  It was a long day & I am very tired.  It was a day of sadness.  A day of many old stories & memories. It was a day of much laughter.  It was a day I will remember.  And it is a post I will put together tomorrow……………………

GROANER’S CORNER:((  A visiting speaker was impressed by the enthusiasm that our Christian school students showed in their physical education class.  "I exercise, too," he sighed, faintly smiling at our pastor. "Every morning I awaken to the alarm, jump from bed, and run around the block six times."  As our pastor expressed surprise and offered hearty praise, the man continued, "Then I kick the block under the bed and go back to sleep."

  2. When I read your headline, I said to myself, "Oh, Boy." Figuring something bad happened. I hope not, but will find out tomorrow. I hope you're having a relaxing evening and will wake up tomorrow a happier man. :)

  4. Sorry to hear that you had a bad day. I feel the sad days only make the happy days happier.

  5. I wish, that if someone you love is no longer with you both, then may it be someone who enjoyed a long, happy, loving life and not someone that didn't get to enjoy a long life. It is extremely sad either way, but better to take if it was a long and joyful life. Don't know what made you sad today, but hopefully the tomorrow's will be better.
