JUST A QUIET DRIVE THROUGH THE COUNTRYSIDE FOR PHEEBS & I THIS MORNING
SEVEN FENCE POSTS – SEVEN BUZZARDS
GROANER’S CORNER:(( Recently, my husband put his car in reverse and accidentally backed it into a wall. He took it to his mechanic, who replaced the dented bumper. A few days later, he did it again. "I'm so embarrassed," he moaned, reaching for the phone. "Why not tell him it was me this time?" I suggested. "Maybe I will," he said while dialing. "It worked the last time."
Great header!! What a neat photo with the seven fence posts and seven buzzards:)
ReplyDeleteI counted 8! did you miss the one on the left? a bit higher than the others but he's there. I love watching them float on the thermals
ReplyDeleteGotta love the country side at this time of year. Farmer harvesting and wonderful weather.
ReplyDeleteGreat picture of the buzzards too.
I see two more on the left for a total of nine. It is a neat picture all around.
ReplyDeleteHm. Turkey Vultures?
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures of the country side...looks like a really nice drive you and Pheebes had today.
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking us along on your wonderful country drive today. They sure get a lot of hay bales in those fields.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos! Enjoyed them!!
ReplyDeletePicture perfect day in the country - thank you so much for sharing it. The buzzards are awesome, looking like stern judges preparing to give their verdict!
ReplyDeleteLinda Goudelock & Barney have pointed out additional buzzards. One is sitting on a gate post so your seven on seven fence posts would remain technically correct but there is that eighth one way over there on the left.
ReplyDeleteI think it is time to crop the picture and say "What other buzzards".
