I THINK THIS MIGHT BE AN EASTERN PONDHAWK DRAGONFLY |
STILL SOCIAL DISTANCING AND WEARING MASKS UP HERE CANADA |
ACTUALLY, THESE LITE SEE-THROUGH MASKS KEEP BUGS AND FLYING INSECTS OUT OF THE HORSES EYES AND EARS |
WELL, WE DEFINITELY DID NOT STOP AT AT THE DOG WALKING AREA THIS MORNING |
GROUPS OF CITY FOLKS ALREADY SETTING UP CAMP FOR THE DAY |
ALWAYS NICE TO SEE FELLOW RV'ERS ENJOYING THEMSELVES IN GODERICH'S HARBOR AREA |
IT WAS THE WHITE PICKET FENCE AND ORANGE DAYLILIES THAT CAUGHT MY EYE |
YOU CAN EASILY SEE WHY I'M ALWAYS TRIMMING SHRUBS AND TREES |
AND YES WE DO HAVE A HOUSE IN THERE SOMEWHERE |
I THINK THERE WAS A WEE BIT OF HANKY SPANKY GOING ON IN OUR FLOWERBED THIS AFTERNOON |
MORE BEEBLEBERRIES |
POND REFLECTIONS |
I TOSSED A SMALL STONE INTO THE POND TO MAKE SOME RIPPLES |
I PLANTED A FEW DAYLILIES AT THE PARK'S POND LAST YEAR AND THEY ARE DOING GOOD |
THIS DRAGONFLY IS WELL CAMOUFLAGED |

Two Eskimos sitting in a kayak were chilly, but when they lit a fire in the craft it sank-proving once and for all that you can't have your kayak and heat it, too.
Thank you! I've been doing reverse engineering for a while now, and didnt know what to call it. So lots of people out and about up there...I suppose they are here too. I wouldn't know. Ha. Glad those horses, etc have some face shields....I can see the biting flies/bugs on the masks. Argh. But apparently you can still go for a walk, and that's good. The evidence is in your fine photos.
ReplyDeleteSo far the only times I have to do RE is when my wife asks me to help when I am halfway through a task. Hope it stays that way a lot longer. Never seen covid masks on farm animals but we used oil in back scratchers for the same purpose, when I was a kid. We liked the Damon class A my friend loaned us a week, made me wonder why you ever sold yours. It was well designed and built, and I may look for a old one to buy. Great pictures and story as always Al.
ReplyDeleteThose city folk sure set themselves up well for the day!
