I seem to have got myself stuck in one of my temporary downtime blogging modes again. Like all my other periodic writing blocks over the years, I'm reasonably sure this one will pass in a few short days. In the meantime, Facebook today threw me a 2012 archive memory from 8 years ago on this day which I found relevant. It's entitled, As Much As I Grumble And Complain Sometimes. In this post, you will see a few photos of Bayfield's beach and what it once looked like with all its sand. Below is how it looked this morning.
OUR PARK'S POND
I was ill and my husband volunteered to go to the supermarket for me. I sent him off with a carefully numbered list of seven items. He returned shortly, very proud of himself, and proceeded to unpack the grocery bags. He had one bag of sugar, two cartons of eggs, three hams, four boxes of detergent, five boxes of crackers, six eggplants, and seven green peppers.
