NOT MY KINDA DAY

Heat and humidity built up fast this morning and the only place for Pheebs and I to stay comfortably cool was in the Jeep.  No walks, just a short stop by a couple roadside ponds for a few photos before heading home.  Way too hot for an afternoon walk so my day didn't amount to much. I'll just leave you with a few photos which are all in sequence with our travels this morning.
ONE LONELY HAY BALE IN THE FIELD
FARM GROWN MARSHMALLOWS:))
WE HAVE MANY STRANGE CREATURES IN OUR MARSHES, LAKES AND PONDS
IT IS A DARK AND FASCINATING UNDERWATER WORLD
NO, NOT A COVID MASK
THESE HEAD COVERINGS ARE TO KEEP BUGS AND FLIES OUT OF THE HORSES EYES AND YES THE HORSES CAN SEE THROUGH THE THIN MATERIAL
GROANER'S CORNER:((    I decided to quit my job as a personal trainer because I don't feel I'm fit enough for the job... I’ve already handed in my 'Too Weak' notice.

  2. Though short on words, the exquisite photos are wonderful, especially the lone sheep and the marshmallows!

  3. I'd hate to see the size of the stick you'd need to roast those marshmallows! :cD
