A COUPLE HOURS WELL SPENT CHATTER BUGGING THIS MORNING

Our A/C kicked in before 7 a.m. so we knew we were in for another hot day again.  It was just me in the Jeep this morning as I headed out shortly after eight.  No, no medical appointments but I did have someone to pick up.  It was my good buddy Richard of course and we were off once again on another one of our enjoyable Thursday morning country road coffee tours.  Needless to say it was an informative couple hours well spent as we covered a number of our usual topics with a few new ones thrown in here and there just to keep ourselves sharp.  We are both reality based thinkers so there is never a dull moment for we two old Chatter Bugs who have been chatter bugging back and forth since first meeting way back in January of 1975.
A FEW PHOTOS FROM AROUND OUR YARD TODAY
Needless to say we spent another afternoon trapped inside by the hot weather outside.  Kelly spotted a couple 'Roadtrek' vans on her 'RV's for Sale' site earlier today but they were geographically too far away to go and at least have a look at for something to do.
OUR JAPANESE LILAC IS COMING INTO BLOOM (ABOVE AND BELOW)
Stuck for a few photos I had to slip out into the front yard late this afternoon with my camera to prowl around and scare me up a few pictures for tonight's post.  And outside it was Hot! Hot!! Hot!!!
GROANER'S CORNER:((   A nurse, who has done a lot of research about dieting, had given information about the various popular diets including Atkins, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, and the South Beach Diet. She then mentioned a diet about which we haven't heard previously, but which she insists works for almost everyone. 2. Know what you mean about the heat. It knocks the wind right out of you the minute you step out the door. You still have a lot of beautiful pictures.
    Like the Donkey Diet.
Be Safe and Enjoy the AC.

    It's about time.

  3. The day was very hot but I can deal with that, but then again that is just me. We had a Road trek clone back in the early 90's and loved it, great for short term camping and travels in decent weather, no room for your recliner though, where would you sleep?
