BIT OF A MOTIVATION SLUMP

DSC_0002-001

CAME ACROSS THIS WELL CARED FOR BOON-DOCKING SITE ON OUR WALK THIS MORNING

Not a cloud in the big blue sky but an icy early morning north wind shortened up our walk.  Not so bad walking with the wind but walking back into it our heads were down and Brrrrrrrr!!

‘SHHHHHHH’ WANDERING WILLY IS STILL SOUND ASLEEP OVER THERE

Kelly suggested we head off to Yuma this morning but I couldn’t seem to get myself interested in that so she headed into town by herself.  My motivation level has slipped the past couple days.  Only thing I felt like doing was hanging out with the Pheebs, listening to music and reading,   Us guys are really missing our morning Jeep rides and are already looking forward to getting home in late March, grabbing a coffee and muffin at Tim Hortons and blissfully losing ourselves in the gravely spider web network of dusty rural back roads and swampy green conservation areas in southwestern Ontario.IMG_2536

To say I am tired of these constant blowing north winds would be an understatement but at least with the warm sunshine beaming in the big windshield it warms up the coach giving me a reasonably peaceful feeling stretched out here in my comfy recliner next to my radio.

MARINES WERE BUSY FLYING BACK AND FORTH FROM THEIR BASE IN YUMA TO THEIR TRAINING GROUNDS IN THE CHOCOLATE MOUNTAINS

Kelly was back by three after getting some T-Mobile stuff straightened out at the T-Mobile store in the Yuma Palms Mall.

GROANER’S CORNER:(( A little three year old boy Is sitting on the toilet. His Mother thinks he has been In there too long so she goes in to see what's up. The little boy is sitting on the toilet reading a book. But about every 10 seconds or so he puts the book down, grips onto the toilet seat with his left hand and hits himself on top of the head with his right hand half a dozen times.  His Mother says: "Billy, are you all right you've been in here for awhile... Billy says: "i'm fine, Mommy.. I just haven't gone 'doody' yet."
Mother says: "Ok, you can stay here a few more minutes but, Bill why are you hitting yourself on the head?"  Billy says: "works for Ketchup."

Compared to a pig, falling in love with a rodent is nothing. Especially when it's the pork you pine.

Mary asked her husband to take her somewhere expensive so he took her to the gas station.

  3. I think we all have our lack of motivational times!
The weather has certainly been cantankerous this winter nearly everywhere!! We dodged tornadoes last weekend and the week before it felt like spring with temps in the mid 70s. Now this week it's back in the 40a. Ugh!!

  4. Woah! Already thinking of heading up north? That's a bit soon. Time to readjust your outlook and enjoy the next couple of months. :-)

  5. We even moved to Q and I still haven't done a blog. Talk about no motivation. It's been too cold and windy to go outside and take pictures. What a horrible winter. So understand totally your wanting to stay inside.

  6. This cool weather is a downer. I'm looking forward to next week when we hit the 70s once again. Maybe even an 80.

  7. With warmer temps just around the corner you'll be out and about again. In the meantime the views out the window are still wide open and all yours - lucky!!!

  9. Guess I don't see it as a down day to stay inside watching the wind blow chill. At least for a couple days before I get cranky. And next week is looking better for sure.
