ANOTHER SLOW BLOGGING DAY

It was exactly one year ago today we put the new plates on the Jeep in Waterloo Ontario & brought it home to our very own driveway right hear near Bayfield.  You can read about that happy day at...OUR JEEP COMES HOME:)))))

Peter’s blog, AMERICAN-TRAVELER on June 26th brought back pleasant memories for me this morning of our trip to Big Bend National Park in the southwest corner of Texas back in December of 2004. Peter also blogged about the forest fires burning in the BANDELIER NATIONAL MONUMENT near Los Alamos, New Mexico. Thousands being evacuated. Los Alamos is home to a well known nuclear laboratory.

Always like to see independent solo RV ladies hitting the road & showing the guys it’s not just a man’s world in RV Land. Check out how these two new full timers are making out at ME & MY DOG.

Well, like yesterday, I didn't do a darn thing today that was inspiration enough for me to blog about tonight. Some days are just a bust.  I will be back when I feel I have something of interest to blog about..........

GROANER'S CORNER:((   A young man in love with two women could not decide which to marry.
Finally, he asked his buddy for help.
"One is a great poet, but the other makes the world's best pancakes," he explained.
"Oh, I see," his buddy responded, "you're trying to decide whether to marry for batter or verse!"

  2. BIG Groan!! Guess it's better to have not a lot to say than to whine like I did on my blog today. Always enjoy your pictures and writing regardless.

  3. Keep in mind the whole purpose of summer: rest & relaxation. Everyone deserves a break sometime, even hard working bloggers like you. We love your blog but don't feel obligated to write every day, otherwise it becomes a Job!

    Yuck!

  4. Al, we're back to regular Internet service again, and plan to catch up with you, but not today - this is a driving day (not very far, but it takes just as much time to tear down and set up anyway). Rest up, find something to do, and we'll check in with you tomorrow!

  5. how about going for a walk each day picking up the speed and distance as you go ~ which could help you get out of the doldrums and work off some peanut butter accumulation ;)
