WHATEVER

DSC_2750

I am so much looking forward to the weather pattern shift in mid August when pleasantly cooler days will signal the very early stirrings of Autumn.

Started my utility trailer project this morning & managed to remove 3 sides of the rotted wooden side panels.  Next I will throw a coat of paint on the steel frame & see how that goes.  Aside from a trip to town for paint the day was spent just puttering with the trailer, weed whacking & consulting with my recliner.

GROANER'S CORNER:((  In just two days from now, tomorrow will be yesterday.

  1. our family, since our first trip to Yellowstone when our sons were still at home (circa 1985?) have affectionately called such small critters as that.... "little deals"!

  3. If you are working on the trailer at least you are accomplishing something today. Man, it is just too hot here to move.

  4. I certainly hope you are right about that major weather shift happening next month, because out here in the west we are hoping that summer will make an appearance for more than a day or two at a stretch.

  5. That little red squirrel looks like he's about to say something...like..."where did you hide the peanuts this time?"

  6. Hope you had a good consult with your recliner. Sometimes it is very necessary for those consultations. I enjoy your pics each blog, you really do a great job with them.

  7. Refurbishing your utility trailer is a great project to keep you occupied while you wait for fall and your trip south for the winter months. What color paint did you get?

  8. Nice squirrel pic! I don't envy you those over hot days back there. We are lucky here - it was a nice 75F with a cool ocean breeze!

  10. Al, you have been writing recently about fewer hits and comments. This may have been the shortest post you ever wrote, and look at all those comments! Does that suggest anything?

Teasing, of course, we like your long posts too!
